1. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be made in full before we ship the order.
2. Order acceptance
Your order becomes final only when we confirm it and receive payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, especially in cases of: suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, or unavailable products. In case of cancellation, we will refund you in full.
3. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, bad weather, or force majeure. The risk of loss or damage transfers to you once we hand the package over to the carrier.
4. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Charme Royal’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
5. Fraud
Any attempted fraud, false claims, or abuse of the payment system will result in cancellation of the order, suspension of the account, and a report to the competent authorities.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.
